Our ski school was founded in Châtel 45 years ago, breaking with the way things were done in skiing at the time. A conformist, codified approach, we thought at the time. With time, this philosophy we defended has been confirmed by the evolution of skiing today. We were ahead of our time and today we remain true to our ideas of the past. Our priority is to provide a truly high-quality teaching of skiing and snowboarding.
With us you will find exceptional service starting with our team in the office and continuing on the mountain during your lessons. The real professionals of the mountain will put their talents at your service so that you can take the time and enjoy discovering all the techniques of French Ski and having fun, alone, with friends or as a family.
The Syndicat International des Moniteurs de Ski (SIMS) is a group of ski professionals united under a single brand, “ESI” (École de Ski Internationale), with the aim of offering high-quality ski teaching.
The SIMS is a professional trade union governed by the law of 1884. At European level, the ESI is also established in Switzerland and Italy. The ESI allows each school to develop its own image while highlighting its membership of a common brand. The professionals who work within the ESI are committed to providing quality services. For example, smaller group sizes guarantee better teaching, as well as warmer relations between students and instructors.

A huge thank you to Jojo for these two days of skiing with our children!
They made incredible progress in a short time and above all, they really enjoyed skiing. Jojo is very patient, kind, and knows how to make the children feel at ease. We were delighted to see their progress at the end of the weekend. We highly recommend it!Virginie | Visited in March 2024
Back on skis after a 10-year break following a bad fall. A huge thank you to Lolo for his patience, his good humour, and that little bit of psychology that makes all the difference. His advice really helped me overcome my fear. By the end of the week, the pleasure of skiing was back! There is still progress to be made, that will be for next year. Thanks for these high-quality lessons. I recommend ESI Pro Skiing without hesitation!
