Les ESI free-ride ski course They invite you to discover another way to ski, outside the marked trails. Accompanied by an experienced instructor, you learn to maneuver on different types of snow and to adapt your technique to the natural terrain of the mountain. Whether you want to learn to freeride or perfect your skills, the sessions are adapted to your level and your goals.
Freeride requires good skiing skills, but also the ability to read the terrain and adapt its trajectory. The ESi instructors will accompany you in learning the techniques specific to powder snow, natural slopes, and terrain variations. The goal is to gradually gain greater ease while developing responsible mountain practices.

Progress safely on natural snow
Freeride is practiced in a natural environment that requires special attention. The instructor will familiarize you with the specificities of off-piste mountain terrain and teach you to observe the terrain, the snow, and the conditions encountered. The selection of sectors and routes is made based on level of participants and security conditions.
The courses thus allow you to gradually develop your independence and confidence. You learn to better manage your stance, trajectory and speed in order to fully enjoy the sensations offered by off-piste skiing.
