Starting at 2 and a half years old, children discover a new environment. Snow, skis, shoes and a helmet represent new sensations to be experienced. The ESi instructors therefore take the time to familiarize each child with this world before starting the first sliding exercises.
The activities are designed to respect the the rhythm and attention of young children. The sessions alternate between games, movement on the snow, and small sliding situations. This approach allows for the natural development of balance, coordination, and the first sensations associated with skiing.
The game is a real educational tool. It allows children to progress without feeling like they are doing a technical exercise. By reproducing movements, following trails, or taking on small challenges adapted to their age, they gradually develop their first skills on skis.
