Located in the Doubs, in the heart of the Jura Massif, Chapelle des Bois cultivates a genuine Nordic tradition. From the village, the trails traverse the ridges and forests of the Val de Mouthe. The Grande Travers\u00e9e du Jura also passes through the site and allows access to Bellefontaine.<\/p>\n

The resort has 14 cross-country ski trails, totaling 127 km of routes for classic skiing or skating. Beginners and regular skiers will find trails suited to their level. At the start of the trails, the Glisses Nordiques school offers lessons and workshops to learn or improve.<\/p>\n

A village where you can experience winter in a different way<\/h3>\n

At Chapelle des Bois, activities go beyond cross-country skiing. Seven hiking trails, totaling 62 km, invite you to discover the snowy landscapes at a different pace. You can also take a dog sled ride through the Combe des Cives or follow the hiking trails. Glisses Nordiques also offers biathlon and Nordic skiing.<\/p>\n

Between trails, forests and vast expanses, Chapelle des Bois offers several ways to enjoy the Jura winter.
