We limit the size of our groups (6 to 8 students maximum per instructor) to give you the time and attention you need and to promote conviviality.

Our instructors are trained and certified by the National Ski and Mountaineering School of Chamonix and receive additional training each year.

As true craftsmen, we take the time to listen to you and to explore with you your needs and desires in order to offer you the teaching and activities that best suit you, within a unique offer by its variety. 

To evaluate your level, we carry out, without you or your child really noticing, a "continuous control". The awarding of medals is a key moment in your child's week, it is an integral part of his or her learning path.

Our ESI team

Our school, created in 1990, is composed of about twenty ski and snowboard instructors ready to share their passion with you. Ski, snowboard, telemark, paragliding....

The instructors of the ESI of La Clusaz offer you a wide range of snow sports.
In group lessons or private lessons, our team will be there to help you discover the magnificent Aravis mountains in a friendly and pleasant atmosphere.
The instructors will put all their technical and pedagogical know-how at your service, they will adapt their teaching to your capacities in order to make you progress. A key word : pleasure !

    The instructors of ESI La Clusaz will accompany you in your progress in a friendly and reassuring atmosphere. We offer to each person adapted solutions so you can improve your skills and share our passion for skiing in complete safety.

    Skiing, Snowboarding, Telemark, from a few hour lessons to a weekly commitment you can choose your programme "à la carte" depending on your expectations.

    We generally offer private lessons of 2 hours for one or two people. However we do our best to be able to respond to all your requests. Do not hesitate to get in contact with us at the school.

    Ski group lessons for children : to enjoy holidays in the mountain together
    From beginners to black slope pros, everyone will find their place in our small groups. This will allow them to progress at their own pace in a relaxed atmosphere. Our aim is that they discover the mountains while aquiring new skills and having a blast. 
    No stress!
    Continuous assessment throughout the week enables access to the next level without any pressure. Children are thus relaxed and enjoy skiing up to the last day, without the stress of a final exam. A booklet and a medal are included in the price.

    If you don't know what to do between skiing and sledding, there is a new form of sliding which is a mixture of these two activities:...

    You are sitting 20 centimeters above the ground on a skate, your feet touch the snow to help the direction while your hands are stuck to the handle to brake the machine (by traction). 
    Slide on the slopes easily, have even stronger and more surprising sensations, all with a very short learning curve... Its fun and easy to use side allows you to master it totally in one descent.
    The yooner is light, easy to handle, equipped with a shock absorber for more comfort and a skate allowing you to "cut curves" as in skiing.

    The safety pack essential for off-piste practice is provided to the ESI. A bag, a shovel, a probe and the DVA will be loaned to you.
